Nächstes Jahr finden die Olympischen Spiele in London statt, und schon nächste Woche hat BBC4 dazu eine sechsteilige Doku…-Comedy. Yes! „Twenty Twelve“.

They’ve got nine billion pounds to spend and plenty of time to think about it all. What can possibly go wrong?

Klingt lustig, sieht gut aus, und mit Olivia Colman („Peep Show“, „Green Wing“), Karl Theobald („Green Wing“), Jessica Hynes („Spaced“) und Amelia Bullmore („I’m Alan Partridge“) sind auch etliche gute Leute dabei; Autor John Morton steht für die sehenswerte Comedyserie „People Like Us“, gleichfalls eine Mockumentary, über die man heutzutage selten stolpert, weil der unselige Chris Langham eine Hauptrolle darin hat. Wen das nicht stört: Geheimtip!
